Emma has a diverse professional background with twelve years experience in program management, including four years in developing countries and three years working on Indigenous issues across urban, rural and remote communities.
Throughout her career, she has worked as Operations Manager of New Business and Strategic Projects with the Indigenous Land Corporation in Brisbane, Partnerships Manager with the Australian Museum in Sydney, Environmental Projects Manager with Swisscontact in Vietnam, Director of Development at the Museum of Vancouver, Manager of Grants and Research at the Vancouver Aquarium, International Projects Officer with the Department of Science, Technology and Environment in Ho Chi Minh City and Research Officer with the University of Western Sydney.
Her strengths are in building collaborative relationships, developing innovative program frameworks based on international best-practice and analysing institutional and social landscapes in order to compose strategic, community-based solutions to cultural and ecological issues.
Emma has a Masters degree in International Urban and Environmental Management, a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Human Geography and Biological Anthropology and an Associate Certificate in Fundraising Management.
